Shipping policy
We understand the importance of timely delivery for your order and guarantee fast, insured shipping for all orders. Most jewelry will be dispatched within 7 working days.
Our deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands. If the jewelry is in stock, the estimated delivery time is within 7 working days. If the jewelry is not currently in stock, the estimated delivery time is between 10-14 working days up to a maximum of 21 working days.

In the Netherlands:
Standard shipping - €10 - 2 to 7 working days. Complimentary insured shipping applies to orders under €500.
Premium shipping - €35 - 1 to 3 working days. Complimentary insured shipping applies to orders of €500 or more.
The Group 1 countries:
Including Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Spain (Excluding all Canary Islands), Italy, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal and Sweden.
Standard shipping - €20 - 2 to 7 working days. Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders with two or more jewelry designs.
Premium shipping - €55 - 1 to 5 working days. Complimentary premium shipping is available on orders of €500 or more.
The Group 2 countries:
Including Cyprus, United Kindom, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia.
Standard shipping - €30 - 2 to 7 working days. Standard shipping fees apply to orders from €1 up to €499.99. Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders with two or more jewelry designs.
Premium shipping - €65 - 1 to 5 working days. Premium shipping fees apply to orders from €500 up to €999.99. Complimentary premium shipping is available on orders of €1,000 or more.
International:
Including United States, All Canary Islands, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Serbia, and Saudi Arabia.
Premium shipping - €100 - 1 to 5 working days. Premium shipping fees apply to orders from €0 up to €2999.99. Complimentary premium shipping is available on orders of €3,000 or more.
For destinations beyond those listed, our Customer Care Advisors will be delighted to assist with bespoke delivery arrangements to your location.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your tracking number. You can track and trace your order using this link. Order status usually updates within 24hours after the order has been placed, but functionality and uptime cannot be guaranteed.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect package(s) once an order has been processed. You are responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete details provided to us.
We deliver exclusively to verified street addresses and cannot ship to P.O. boxes or forwarding services.
Delivery is estimated within 2 to 7 business days for most European destinations and select locations outside the EU.
