To commission a bespoke piece from AITCHES, please schedule an appointment with our jewelry designer to sit down together and discuss the engagement ring you desire, share your preferred timeline, and mention your budget. Our team will respond within two working days to discuss the next steps.
Ask Our Jewelry Designer
After scheduling the appointment, our jewelry designer will hold a one-hour virtual meeting with you to better understand your preferences for your bespoke piece. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Subsequent to the meeting, we will send you an email confirmation summarizing the discussed timeline, quotation, any additional requests, and the requirement for a minimum 50% deposit to initiate the process.
Involved in Design Journey
In bespoke, we prioritize transparency in our design and production process, ensuring that you are fully involved every step of the journey. After the initial virtual meeting, our jewelry designer will schedule the next virtual meeting with you to discuss the concepts, sketches, material suggestions, and any other relevant details. Once you agree with us, the production journey will begin and typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks.
Certificate of Authenticity
Furthermore, the diamonds and gemstones selected for our bespoke piece are all astonishing beauties. Our jewelry designer handpicks the highest quality diamonds and gemstones that come with GIA diamond grading reports, GIA colored gemstone identifications, or GIA Diamond Dossier®. Additionally, we provide an AITCHES certificate, issued by AITCHES, to certify the authenticity and integrity of our serialized AITCHES engagement rings.

To present your bespoke piece, your engagement ring will be elegantly housed in our iconic jewelry box with the AITCHES logo wax-stamped on a black satin ribbon.
